Teachers make a difference to our program. Our teachers offer their own unique creative touches to their classrooms and our environments. They help plan the art program, have a generous budget for educational and art supplies and are committed to keeping our program innovative. They are all certified with the State of Oregon, have passed a criminal background check and are required to hold a Food Handler's, First Aid and CPR cards at our company. We require a professional dress code with a uniform so you can easily identify a member of our staff at any time.

Teachers who make a difference are:

Teacher Helen is the Woodstock school's Director. She began her career with Creative Minds in 2002 as the Lead Toddler Teacher and has exceeded State requirements for training and education. Helen is pursuing her degree in Early Childhood education and is deeply committed to the care of the children and program.

Teacher Cassandra is the Gateway school's Director. She has a degree from upstate New York and has education and experience in early childhood development. Cassandra is pursuing her education to become a Doula while still maintaining her required training hours in the Early Childhood Education field. She is passionate about children and women's studies.

Teacher Tammy is the Assistant Director of our Gateway school and is also the Pre-K Teacher. She always has a smile on her face and is a bundle of positive energy, always encouraging the children to do their best.

Teacher Alicia is the Assistant Director of our Woodstock school and is also the Head Toddler Teacher. She has experience with this age group and has a patient and loving demeanor with her class.

Teacher Lydia is the Head Toddler Teacher at Creative Minds and has been at the Gateway school since 2004. She offers a genuine love for the Toddlers and a commitment to their developmental stages such as potty training and working with them on their Preschool skills.

Teacher Samantha is a Head Toddler Teacher of our Woodstock school and co-teaches with Teacher Alicia. She came to our school when it first opened in 2005 and has bonded with each child helping them move into the Preschool class. She loves displaying the children's art and decorating the classrooms for their enjoyment.

Teacher Dina is an Assistant at our Woodstock school and is a true gem to our program, always smiling and giving the children her undivided attention.

We want to thank all of our Teachers and Aides who are committed to the development of our schools and encouragement to the children.
