NOW OPEN - Our brand new Sellwood School is located at 7733 SE 13th Avenue, Portland OR 97202 (cross street Lambert). This school features beautifully designed classrooms featuring artwork by our local artist who also was a teacher at Creative Minds, Allison Bratt. Please visit her website to see more of her work.

This school features a community room to nurse your baby, an indoor gross motor area and our own private, attached children's garden and naturally designed outdoor playground space. This school also has a beautiful commercial kitchen with a cook who has been trained to prepare healthy vegetarian meals and snacks using fresh ingredients such as Tillamook Cheese and Organic Dairy. We also have a laundry facility onsite to launder soiled clothes. This school features the same excellent programs embraced at our other schools such as High Reach curriculum, Music and Dance, Reggio Art, Science, Gardening and Drama and the excellent Creative Outlets 4 Kids programs (please visit our Program Page for more information).
During the day, we will enjoy walking trips to the nearby Sellwood Library and Sellwood Park which is three blocks away from our school to enjoy our beautiful Sellwood Community. We will also charter a bus to fun field trips such as the Oregon Zoo, Children's Museum, Oregon of Museum Science and Industry, local Farm and more!
This school has been designed to engage the children and give them more floor space by accepting less children, offering better ratios in a social setting with their friends in media free and Eco certified environments.
Our Younger Infant Classroom is called the Huckleberry room. This classroom only accepts 6 babies with two highly qualified infant teachers. The Huckleberry room features infant sleeping coves to create more floor time for the babies.
