When I was pregnant we toured a lot of centers, and this one was at the top of my list as it felt very welcoming from the start (both from a staff and environment perspective). I love that each classroom has a lot of space and big windows (for natural light and people watching). My daughter started here in April 2017 at 3 months old. There was only a part time spot available at that time. And I think it took about 6 months before we could get full time care.
My daughter loves going on her (almost) daily walks around the neighborhood. And she loves her teachers and friends. I like that they now provide daily reports online so I can check in on her activities throughout the day. We take it as a good sign that she sometimes doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day.
Sadly a lot of the teachers have changed over our time here, but all have been very friendly and loving to my daughter. I would definitely recommend CMLC to anyone looking for great care for their child.
Our family is very grateful for the care that has been shown to our son in many ways by the staff at Creative Minds Learning Center. We especially like the educational activities, including sign language and basic Spanish. For example, I have been speaking Spanish with our son ever since he was born and I was thrilled when he taught me two color words that I didn’t know (marron for brown and rosado for pink) that he learned at school, and he loves showing us the signs for ‘yellow’ and ‘green,’ too.
Our five year old daughter and one year old son both attend Creative Minds Learning Center. We could not ask for a better group of teachers and caregivers. The quality of care and education that my children are receiving is above and beyond what we expected when we first started Creative Minds! We have created some everlasting relationships with the Creative Minds families and teachers. The saying, ‘It takes a village to raise a child’, is so true and we are one lucky family to have had Creative Minds be part of our village!
